The Recovery Room at Performance Chiropractic is the newest tool we offer to maximize recovery and performance in your active lifestyle. This room is designed to be completely self-service so that you can take your time to unwind and get your recovery on track.
You can now optimize your performance with our Normatec compression system! Compression helps increase blood flow to the extremities, move waste products out of the muscle, decrease swelling, aid muscle recovery, and maximize muscle health.
We provide attachments for legs, arms and hips as well as a selection of percussion/vibrating tools to pinpoint target areas and release your tightest muscles.
This room is available for both current chiropractic patients and new clients.
